Refund Policy

Subscription

ReconDocs is offered as a subscription, currently USD $29 per month, billed through our Merchant of Record, Creem. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are a first-time subscriber and ReconDocs does not work for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment by e-mailing legal@recondocs.com with the e-mail address on your account. We will refund the full first subscription amount, no questions asked.

After the first 14 days

Subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable for partially used billing periods. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Renewals

You can cancel before a renewal to avoid being charged. If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at legal@recondocs.com and we will review it.

Payment processing & tax

Payments, refunds, applicable sales tax and VAT are handled by our Merchant of Record, Creem. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing times depend on your payment provider.
